Morgan Teachworth is an engineering and operations executive with over two decades of experience scaling technology businesses.

As a founding engineer at Meraki, he built product design, hardware, and supply chain teams from the ground up, fueling the company’s rapid growth and eventual $1.2B acquisition by Cisco.

At Cisco, he went on to lead global engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain organizations, driving transformation across multi-billion dollar portfolios. 

As an active angel investor and advisor to startups and students, Morgan thrives in ambiguity and being part of the magic of an MVP and a new team maturing, taking a market by storm, and making a dent in their industry. 

He is recognized for building high-performing, inclusive cultures, embedding sustainability and corporate responsibility into business strategy, and applying AI/ML innovation to transform product and operations lifecycles.
